Delete Your Account

You can delete your Napuki account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete from the app

Open Napuki and go to Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing "napuki". This permanently deletes your account and everything associated with it. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at support@napukiapp.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• All child profiles (names, ages, interests, and avatars)
• Parent voice recordings and the synthetic voice models created from them — also removed from our voice provider
• All generated stories, illustrations, and audio
• Subscription and usage records associated with your account

Timeline

Deleting from the app takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days. We retain only the minimal records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records needed for tax purposes.
